We will serve a traditional Japanese sweet and introduce both the sweet and the matcha.

主菓子をお出しし、お菓子と抹茶の紹介をします。

You will observe a traditional tea preparation (temae).

お点前をご覧いただきます。

You will enjoy the traditional sweet, followed by your first bowl of matcha.

主菓子を食べて、一服目を召し上がっていただきます。

We will share insights about the tea utensils and the history of the Japanese tea ceremony.

茶道具の説明や茶の湯の歴史についてお話させていただきます。

We will serve a tray set for tea preparation along with dry sweets (higashi).

点前用のお盆のセットと干菓子をお出しします。

You will prepare matcha by yourself and enjoy your second bowl.

ご自身で抹茶を点てて、二服目を召し上がっていただきます。

Finally, we will conclude the experience with a group greeting.
