“Kyoto Soba Dojo,” renowned for its authentic soba-making experience in Kyoto, is now available this winter in SANSUI DINING.

Using fragrant Hokkaido buckwheat flour and the pristine spring water of Mt. Yotei, guests will craft 100% buckwheat noodles (Juwari Soba) with no wheat added.

Enjoy the exquisite flavor of freshly made soba, complemented by a special dipping sauce crafted with premium bonito used in Kyoto’s finest restaurants.
